We spend the first week going through all your previous data, getting to know your avatar and formulating a perfect offer. After that, we build all the necessary assets for the launch (emails, pages, automations etc.).
Week 2-3: Initial Promotion
Daily promotional emails are sent to your list, pushing them to the MicroLaunch™ funnel.
Week 4: Event Week
This is where we run the event that the customers have paid for. It usually lasts 3-4 days and includes a daily hour long zoom session. On the final 2 days, you may decide to promote a high ticket offer.
Week 5: Post Event
After the event, we'll help promote your high ticket offer, and process any unpaid sales from the event. After that, we sit back and celebrate a great MicroLaunch™!
So you might be wondering how all of this came to be.
And there's a really interesting story behind it.
Back in 2023, I worked with a client who looked immensely successful on the outside.
They had a lot of happy clients, networked with some of the biggest names in our industry and a massive following on social media.
I started working as a partner in his business, thinking it’s a matter of scaling what’s already successful…
But when I opened his Kajabi dashboard I was shocked.
Just over $4k in revenue for the month.
Now for some people, that might be okay, but for this particular coach, I would have expected his revenue to be 10-50x more.
Our initial plan was to run ads. I’ve managed over $30m in ad spend so I was confident I’d be able to make it work for him.
But after a week of testing, we had to shut it off because he simply couldn’t afford to test.
This made me realize something serious about the coaching industry that no one talks about:
If you’re at the beginning of your journey, or you’re seeing less success than you once did, it’s almost impossible to get on track without revenue.
But it’s like the chicken and the egg… how do you generate revenue without money to spend on ads or content already?!
After that, we tried a couple of other things that worked “okay”... until one day he invited me onto an emergency call.
I could see tears in his eyes. I didn’t want to make a scene or embarrass him, but I needed to figure out what was wrong so I could help.
“I think I’m going to have to file for bankruptcy” he said with a weak voice.
He looked so tired and ready to quit.
I looked at him, and I knew I couldn’t give up.
All of a sudden, a brainwave came over me - literally as I was sitting on the call with him.
I got an exact image of the MicroLaunch funnel.
How to structure the front end, upsells, pitching at the end, everything.
It was almost like it was given to me.
“Let me try something first”.
He was reluctant due to his sheer exhaustion, but I asked for once last chance.
Fast forward 4 weeks later, we’d just finished an event and generated $15k in cash collected.
That was more than he'd made in the last 3 months combined.
But that wasn’t the cool part.
The best part was we’d generated over $20k in monthly recurring revenue in the pitch at the end of the launch to keep his head above water.
In the years after that, we were able to start spending money on ads, and scaled the company to 7 figures in annual revenue.
And it all came from that first influx of revenue.
Now I’m not here to guarantee anything.
But after years of testing and developing this strategy, and generating over $15m in revenue for coaches just like you, I’ve gotten it down to a perfect science.
Which is why I’ll happily work on a commission basis - because I know it’ll work out better for me financially in the end.
And in the unlikely event that the event doesn't work out (which hasn’t happened yet!)...
I won’t feel guilty that I've charged you and not delivered!
Anyway. I need to be honest with you:
I do have an ulterior motive. But it’s not what you think.
There aren’t any hidden “up front fees” or anything like that. Frankly, I hate bait and switch offers like that.
There’s a simple explanation why I’m doing this:
I’m looking for more companies I can partner with and help scale to 7 and 8 figures.
And I believe that some of the best coaches are the ones that haven’t had that special opportunity yet.
The ones that are great at what they do, but just haven’t had that small bit of luck that everyone else has had.
So, I’m running this offer to work personally with coaches like you, to see how well we work together, and maybe in the future I’d consider working with you for the long term.
Either way, I’d love for you to apply to at least see if this is a good fit for you.
Again, you lose nothing by applying. I’m not going to hard-sell you, and in fact I need to make sure that I can get results for you too (so I don’t waste your time or mine).
And if we did end up agreeing to work on this together, the worst that could happen is we’d try and it doesn’t work out (again, that hasn’t happened yet). You won’t lose out financially, and I can assure you that you won’t lose much time either.
Sound fair? Just click that red button and book in a time to speak with me.
